ARM, African Radio Ministries, and HCO, Hope and Care Outreach, merged in 2024.
African Radio Ministries (ARM) is dedicated to glorifying God through the power of mass media. By broadcasting Lutheran worship services across Ethiopia, Liberia, and Guinea, they bring hope in Jesus to many.
Listeners are encouraged to gather around the radio to hear the Word and to pray and praise our Savior, Jesus Christ. ARM programs are different from other Christian programs because they are intended to develop listening groups that become preaching points and congregations. At the end of the program, contact information is given so that listeners can telephone or write for the Bible study course. They are also given information about churches that are nearby so that they can make the connection to other Christians, where that is possible.

Kisi,
In Guinea, the primary religion is Islam, with only 0.7% of the population identifying as Evangelical Christians. The Director of ARM and President of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Guinea speaks four dialects, which greatly enhances the ability to connect with a wide range of unreached people groups across the country. This is the newest program in the ARM ministry.
